This Service is being provided in order to facilitate access to our students to pay their fees for the NSDC/NCVET certifications, examinations and certificate downloading charges online, through an electronic and automated collection and remittance service. We may update the terms and conditions for the payment from time to time without any prior notice or reason and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.

Students must self-register on the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) portal (https://www.skillindiadigital.gov.in/) to be eligible for NSDC/NCVET certification. Failure to complete the self-registration process will result in ineligibility for NSDC/NCVET certification.

The mode of assessment conducted will be according to the mode selected by the students on the CCEK’s student web portal. Assessment fees must be paid prior to taking any Third Party/SSC examination, as per the program requirement. Only students who have paid the assessment fees will be allowed to take the exam. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Students must pay the certificate downloading fee through the payment gateway to be able to receive their NSDC/NCVET certificates upon course completion. The certification fee is in addition to any course fee paid during enrolment and is mandatory for downloading the certificate.

The payment made for the NSDC examination covers only one attempt. If a student does not pass the exam on their first attempt, they will need to pay the examination fee again before they are allowed to participate in any reassessment. The fee is non-transferable and only applicable to the specific exam for which it was paid.

Students are required to complete the CCEK-NSDC course and successfully pass the examination within the same academic year in which they are enrolled. Any student who fails to pass the exam within the academic year will not be allowed to sit for the exam in subsequent academic years. The rules for supplementary exams will be in accordance with the guidelines provided by NSDC and are subjected to changes from time to time.

The qualification pack name reflected on the NSDC certificate will correspond to the officially available pack name at the time of assessment. This name may change as per the conditions of NSDC/NCVET/MSDE

The NSDC examination will only be conducted if there is a minimum batch of 15 students scheduled to take the exam together. More terms and conditions regarding NSDC’s assessment, certification charges have already been mentioned in the student’s term sheet.

All payments made through the portal are non-refundable. This includes payments for assessment and certificate downloading. In case of errors in processing, any issues must be reported immediately to the relevant department.

All payment details which are entered through this payment gateway are encrypted when the student, or third-party making payment, enters them. Communications to and from the Service Provider’s site are encrypted. The NSDC Training Partner shall not be liable for any failure by the student or third-party making payment of fees to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.

The NSDC Training Partner is not responsible for any failure of payment or delays caused by third-party payment gateway providers. Any disputes arising from the payment process shall be resolved in accordance with the rules of the payment service provider.

The NSDC Training Partner reserves the entire right to modify/amend/remove this privacy statement anytime and without any prior notice or reason. Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract/agreement between NSDC Training Partner and any user visiting the website or providing identifying information of any kind.
